• Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

• Orders that have already been communicated to vendors and are in the shipping process may not be eligible for cancellation.

• Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

• However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the customer proves that the delivered product was of poor quality.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt.

• The complaint will be reviewed, and the merchant will verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement.

• If the product received does not match the site description or your expectations, report it within 30 days.

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 16–30 days to the customer's original payment method.
